I’m looking for a flate mate in my 2 bedrooms apartment in the City Center (5 minutes from the Gare and from Place D’armes. Bus stations 100m from the apartment on Avenue de la Liberte.

The apartment is modern with floor heating and it is fully furnished. Although if you don’t like something, can be replaced.

NO AGENCY FEE.

But I’ll need 1 month rent as refundable security deposit in advance.

The RENT is 1025 EUR per month + 100 approx. for utilities (internet, electricity, cleaning)
The room is available from Sep 15th, 2018 ( long term flat mates only 2 years minimum)
