I am moving out of my AMAZING apartment in Lux. I can only recommend it! It’s located in Rue Adolphe Fischer, in Gare very close to city center.

· Distances: 1min walk from Petrusse Valley, 10min walk from Hamilius/City Center, 6 min walk to almost all Lux buses in stop “Martyrs”, 12 min walk to Gare station.
· Neighborhood: Quiet location, close to several embassies, in a few minutes you are at the shops in Avenue de la Gare and City Center. To me, the best location in Lux!
· Flat description: 70 m2, huge living room, 1 big bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet room, and big kitchen. There is a cave on the basement and also a separate room for the washing machine. Second floor (no elevator). Only 2 other neighbors.

It’s available for rent from February 15th. Rent is ~ 1300 monthly + 130 € expenses (based on my consumption). Landlord said rent would be around 1300€ as they want to check with an agency, but definitely wouldn’t be higher than 1400€. NO AGENCY FEE.
